Mdm Kuok Oon Kwong
Madam Kuok Oon Kwong is an Advocate and Solicitor (Barrister-at-Law) from Gray’s Inn, London. She was in private legal practice in Malaysia from 1974 to 1983. In 1983, she joined Kuok (Singapore) Limited as the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor, and in 1984 she was appointed a Director. In 1986, she became a Director of Allgreen, and she also sits on the Boards of its subsidiary companies, Leo Property Management Pte Ltd, Cuscaden Properties Pte Ltd, GWC Commercial Pte Ltd and GWC Serviced Apartments Pte Ltd. In 1986, she was appointed Company Secretary of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, and in 1988 she joined its Board, being appointed Executive Chairman in January 2000. In November 1998, she was appointed Managing Director of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Bhd. She is also a Director of Shangri-La Hotel Public Company Limited (listed in Bangkok). She has been appointed as the Chairman of Allgreen on 1 January 2015.
Mr Teo Keng Chiong
Mr Teo Keng Chiong joined Allgreen in 1990 and was appointed as an Executive Director on 1 August 2014. He is responsible for project management and also heads the Company’s Quality Assurance Department. Before joining the Company, he worked with the Housing and Development Board. He holds the Bachelor of Science (Building), Postgraduate Diploma in Building Science and Masters of Science (Real Estate) degrees from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
Ms Yong Hsin Yue
Ms Yong Hsin Yue joined the Board on 13 March 2017. She is also the Managing Director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited (KSL) effective 1 January 2017. Prior to joining KSL, Hsin Yue was the General Manager of Special Projects focusing on business development for Wilmar International Limited, an agribusiness listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore. She started her career in investment banking where she spent 19 years working at Goldman Sachs in Singapore and in London. Her last role was as the head of the Investment Banking Division for South-East Asia with responsibilities for the operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. Hsin Yue holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Worcester College,Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
Mr Khor Thong Meng
Mr Khor Thong Meng joined Allgreen in 1982 and was appointed as an Executive Director on 1 November 2000. Prior to joining the Company, he had six years’ experience as a building consultant in both private and public sectors. He is currently an Executive Committee Member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Project Managers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (First Class Honours) from the University of Singapore in 1974, and holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. Mr Khor was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Allgreen on 1 January 2015 and retired on 30 April 2017. He remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Michael Chang Teck Chai
Mr Michael Chang Teck Chai joined the Company in 1981 and was appointed as an Executive Director on 1 October 2010. Mr Chang retired from the employ of the Company on 31 March 2016 but remains on its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to his retirement, he was responsible for the project management of some of the Company’s development projects. From 1972 to 1980, he was employed by the Public Works Department. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chartered Management Institute and Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. He holds a Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Mdm Suraya Bte Abdullah @ Kuok Suon Kwong
Mdm Suraya Bte Abdullah @ Kuok Suon Kwong has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 15 December 2015.
Mr Simon Ho
Mr Simon Ho joined Allgreen Board as a Non-Executive Director on 3 May 2017. Mr Ho was previously the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Ltd from July 2012 to April 2015.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Ltd, the manager of CapitaLand Mall Trust, the first and largest listed REIT on SGX. Mr Ho has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and management and was responsible for managing the investment, development and operations of retail properties in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Japan and India. Prior to his stint in CapitaMalls Asia Ltd, Mr Ho was Senior Vice-President of Investment and Operations at different stages of his career in The Ascott Group, the world’s largest serviced residence owner and operator.
Mr Ho holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
